Hot Water Extraction (HWE)

- Pre-vacuuming – The carpet is thoroughly vacuumed to remove loose soil, dust, and debris.

- Agitation & spot treatment – Heavily soiled areas and stains may be agitated or treated individually.
- Hot water extraction – Heated water and cleaning solution are injected under controlled pressure into the carpet fibres. A powerful vacuum immediately extracts the water along with loosened soil and contaminants.
- Final inspection & drying – Excess moisture is extracted and the carpet is groomed as required to promote even, faster drying.

Our professional upholstery and stair cleaning uses a Mytee hot water extraction system with heated cleaning solution to penetrate deep into carpet fibres and upholstery fabrics. The combination of heat, cleaning solution, and powerful extraction loosens and removes embedded soil, stains, allergens, and everyday buildup.
The Mytee system extracts the loosened dirt and excess moisture, leaving stairs, sofas, chairs, and other upholstered surfaces cleaner and fresher with faster drying times. Heated extraction provides a thorough deep clean while helping restore the appearance of the fabric or carpet.
